Final

After countless hours of trial and error the final edition of the new BLPA is complete.  Web site is full functional, each link will now go to their respected page with little to no error.  I have added a few pictures to go with the matching events as it was starting to look pretty plain.  Here it is http://jlau.j43.ca/BLPA/home.html

accessibility

Now that my web page is fairly done I have started to add a few accessibility features.  Features such that those whom may have trouble seeing the site and require a screen reader are more efficient now with a hidden content selector only visible if you highlight or from a screen reader.  I have also provided small keyboard shortcuts such as for all the navigational links.  All that is required for you user is to press alt+shift then the first letter of the navigation page.  For example if you would like to view the news the user then can press alt+shift+n

Refined layout

After a few days of figuring out why the physical product of web page was that similar to my proposed draft of website I finally figured it out and layout is adequate.
