Website I currently find interesting is the popular news website digg.com. With over a million users to date it covers vast areas of the news such as movies, technology, games, and politics. Articles are posted by other individuals and if one finds an article interesting or to their liking they can “Dig up” the article essential putting it on the front page of the website or on the side bar so other people won’t have to search around for the most popular news articles on the site. The same goes for it you don’t like the article you are reading you can “dig down” the article and it will be hidden when you view the website unless you specifically search for it. The sites co-creator Kevin Rose also has a online show dedicated to the week’s top stories called Diggnation. It may not have the best visually looking website with cool graphics or nice images but it is very clean and easy to read. Besides the few ads they have on the website which can be blocked if you have an adblocking addon or a adblocking software on your computer. I find its a great place to catch up on the latest news on the web and have a few laughs, everybody should check it out.
